St Patrick's College is seeking a dedicated and caring Boarding Head of House (families welcome) to join our team. This key role involves ensuring the safety, welfare, and academic progress of all boarders within a dynamic boarding community.
Under the leadership of the Director of Boarding, you will help maintain a structured and supportive environment where students can excel. Duties include after-hours supervision, overseeing student attendance, and ensuring the safety and conduct of boarders during meals, meetings, and events.
This role is ideal for those with a passion for pastoral care, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to supporting students' growth both academically and personally.
